Vladimir Kokorin is the founder and managing partner of the company, as well as the co-founder of the international corporate travel service Tumodo. A Spanish businessman of Russian origin, he has primarily resided in Hong Kong and Tel Aviv since 2019.
A legal expert with 25 years of experience, Kokorin is a leading consultant in corporate governance and M&A. He has extensive experience in key legal areas: investments, contracts, securities, finance, taxes, arbitration, and others. He has led key projects for large international groups, managing entire teams of specialists.
Kokorin graduated with honors from Nottingham Law School and the Institute of Directors. He worked at an auditing firm that handled transaction support.
Then, Vladimir received an invitation from an international investment-industrial corporation to head the corporate department. There, he oversaw a wide range of areas, from corporate structuring to legal support for international transactions and M&A deals. Years of work naturally led Vladimir to the conclusion that the accumulated experience and established connections needed more effective implementation.
In 2011, together with a team of like-minded people, Vladimir Kokorin founded the international consulting company Business Capital Consulting & Management (BCCM Group) in the UK. Today, it manages teams of specialists in various fields, providing clients worldwide with investment consulting, tax planning, asset protection, and regional presence services.
In 2022, Vladimir Kokorin co-founded Tumodo, an international service and advanced technological digital platform for corporate travel.
Vladimir Kokorin has been married for about 20 years and has three children.
